Organizations can send students and staff to other participating countries or host students and staff from other countries. They can also organize educational, training, and volunteering activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Key Action 2: Innovation and Good Practices<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Key Action 2 (KA2) seeks to develop the fields of education, training, and youth through five main activities:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">Strategic partnerships, aimed at supporting innovative practices and common initiatives to promote collaboration, mutual learning, and the exchange of experiences.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">Knowledge alliances, designed to promote innovation in higher education and, in collaboration with businesses, encourage new teaching and learning approaches, entrepreneurship in higher education, and the modernization of higher education systems in Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">Sectoral skills alliances, addressing the need for qualifications and aligning vocational education and training systems with labor market needs. Opportunities exist for modernizing vocational education and training, exchanging knowledge and good practices, encouraging professional activities abroad, and enhancing qualification recognition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">Capacity-building projects in higher education, supporting the modernization, accessibility, and internationalization of higher education in partner countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">Capacity-building projects in the field of youth, promoting socio-educational animation, non-formal learning, volunteer activities, and informal learning opportunities with partner countries.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Key Action 3: Support for Policy Reform<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Key Action 3 (KA3) aims to increase youth participation in democratic life, particularly in debates with policymakers, and develop knowledge in the fields of education, training, and youth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">These actions are managed centrally, and additional information can be found on the website of the EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) - European Agency for Education and Culture.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Actions in the field of Sport;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jean Monnet Activities.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Today, the office's activities are divided into:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Student mobility<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Outgoing mobility<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ingoing mobility<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Outgoing mobility for internships abroad.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Staff mobility<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" class=\"translation-block\">Additionally, the Erasmus+ office provides support for project design and submission related to calls for proposals in Key Action 1 and Key Action 2, the Sport sector, and
