enroll in a Bachelor's\/Master's\/Single-cycle Degree Course at Tor Vergata University for the academic year 2024\/2025 and have an ISEE of less than 26,000 euros, you will be <strong>totally exempt<\/strong> from paying the university tuition fees (except for the regional tax of <strong>140 euros<\/strong> and the <strong>16 euros<\/strong> for the stamp duty).<\/span>\r\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">The same benefit will be applied to you also in the following years if, in addition to ISEE-U declarations below 26,000 euros, you will have earned at least 10 tuition exemption program for qualified refugees seeking to pursue higher education.  If you are a foreign national who has been granted \"political refugee status\" under the Geneva Convention (ratified by Italian law in 1954), you may be eligible. Please note that this exemption excludes the regional tax of \u20ac140 and the stamp duty of \u20ac16.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">To claim this benefit, please follow these steps:\n\n1. Complete the university enrollment process.\n2. Upon successful enrollment, access your personal Delphi account.\n3. Within your account, locate the section for requesting tuition exemptions.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\">Due to the alignment process between the University's database and the Ministry of University and Research (MUR) database, the IT procedure for reflecting exemptions may not be immediate.\n\nTherefore, students who are eligible for this tuition reduction are invited to:\n\n1. Periodically check their tuition fee status on their personal Delphi page.\n2.
