regolamento per l\u2019attivazione e la gestione di una carriera Alias per soggetti in transizione di genere al fine di garantire loro la convivenza in un ambiente di studio sereno, in cui i rapporti interpersonali siano improntati sulla correttezza, al reciproco rispetto delle libert\u00e0 e dell\u2019inviolabilit\u00e0 della persona.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nLa procedura amministrativa consiste nell\u2019attivazione di una carriera alias, mediante l\u2019assegnazione di un\u2019identit\u00e0 provvisoria, transitoria e non consolidabile, con rilascio di un nuovo documento di riconoscimento indicante il cognome, il nome scelto dall\u2019interessato e la matricola universitaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nLa carriera alias costituisce anticipazione dei provvedimenti che si renderanno necessari al termine del percorso di transizione di genere con la successiva rettifica dei dati anagrafici come previsto dalla legge 164\/1982.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per
