Below is the list of required documents for the academic year 2024/2025:
- a) Family Status – the composition of your family unit, indicating surname, first name, date of birth and kinship/relationship to all members of your family.
- b) Income of each member of the family (2022-2023) and/or any other amounts received from the public administration bodies in the form of social benefits. In the event of divorce, any sums received or paid as maintenance for the children.
- c) Real estate held abroad in 2022: in the case of real estate assets relating to buildings, if they are owned in Italy, it is necessary to present the cadastral document in order to determine their value. Otherwise, the buildings are valued on the basis of the conventional value of 500 euros per square metre if not differently stated on the document. If no property was owned in 2022, a certificate confirming this for each family member aged 18 or over is required. If the family resides in rented accommodation, please include the current monthly or annual rental amount.
- d) Financial assets: they consist of the balance as of 31/12/2023 and the average balance for 2022 of current accounts, deposits, bank and/or postal passbooks held abroad and in Italy, as well as the balance as of 31/12/2023 of all other types of investments (securities, shares, life insurance, etc.).
These documents must be issued by the relevant authorities in the country where the income is earned. Each document must be officially translated into Italian by the Italian Diplomatic Authorities of that country, with all income expressed in euros.
In countries where obtaining these documents is challenging, they may be requested from foreign diplomatic authorities within Italy and certified by the Prefecture, in accordance with Article 33 of DPR no. 445 of 28 December 2000.
