The photo to be uploaded to your Delphi account must meet the following requirements, otherwise it will be rejected during the validation of your enrolment.

General requirements

The photo must be recent, i.e. not more than six months old.
The photo must not be folded, stapled, written on or, in general, manipulated or damaged.

The photo must be such that both the front of the face (forehead to chin) and both sides of the face (ear to ear) are clearly visible.

Photo dimensions

The photo must not be cropped to exclude the background or to straighten the head, nor must it be retouched, coloured or manipulated in any way. The height of the photo must be such that the face is fully contained in the image and centred in relation to the frame.

Framing and posing

The photo must show the entire head and the top of the shoulders so that the height of the face is between 70% and 80% of the height of the photo.

The photo must show only you. No other objects or people are allowed.

The face must not be tilted sideways or vertically and no posing (i.e. face turned, shoulders up, etc.) is allowed. In addition, the face must be photographed frontally and the gaze must be directed towards the lens.

The head must be vertically centred.

The expression should be neutral and the subject should have a closed mouth and clearly visible open eyes.

There should be no shadows on the face or in the background.

There should be no overexposure or underexposure.

Jewellery, glasses and masks

Eyeglasses with coloured lenses are not permitted. Lenses must be transparent so that the eyes are clearly visible.

Eyes must not be covered by hair.
