If you don't re-enroll and intend to resume your studies later, you must submit a specific application for resumption of studies. This is in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 68/2012.
  • You cannot take any academic actions related to your interrupted course of study. no academic career-related actions pertaining to the interrupted course of study may be taken: any such actions will be automatically voided.
  • Your request for interruption is irrevocable.
  • The interruption period is not considered for merit evaluation.
  • You are not allowed to request a career interruption more than twice within each cycle of study.
There are two types of interruption:
1. Normal interruption:, without any sort of certification of the reasons supporting it
2. Interruption due to severe and prolonged illness.

 

1. Normal Interruption:

 

This type of interruption occurs when students does not renew their enrollment  for at least two academic years.The student is required to pay a re-recognition fee in the established amount of €500,00, in addition to the fees and contributions due for the academic year in which studies are resumed..
Before proceeding with the resumption of studies request, the student must regularize their contribution position (unpaid installments and related late fees) for the last academic year of enrollment. Subsequently, follow these instructions:
  1. Access the Delphi online services website:http://delphi.uniroma2.it).
  2. Select "Student Area", Key 4, "Online Career Management" and enter your student ID and password.
  3. Select "During the career" and type "Resumption of studies after interruption."
  4. Fill out the application for resumption of studies online and print it out.
  5. Submit the following documentation to the Student Affairs Office:
  6. Your application for resumption of studies
  7. €16.00 revenue stamp
  8. The Student Affairs Office will allow you to resume your studies and will print a payment slip for the recognition fee (€500.00).
  9. Pay the required fee using the PagoPa system, which allows you to make payments through various physical or online channels. Links and further information on payment methods are available at the following web address studenti.uniroma2.it/pagamento/
  10. Log back into the Delphi website within 48 hours of payment and validate using the "Validation" button .

 

2. Altre forme di Interruzione: a causa di infermità gravi e prolungate dello studente;maternità; studenti con status studente-atleta

 

Lo studente costretto a interrompere gli studi a causa di infermità gravi e prolungate debitamente certificate, per almeno un anno accademico, è esonerato totalmente dal pagamento di tasse universitarie in tale periodo.
La studentessa può avvalersi di un periodo di interruzione di un anno per maternità con esonero totale dal pagamento di tasse universitarie in tale periodo.
Lo studente con status di studente-atleta puo richiedere l’interruzione temporanea degli studi per un anno per importanti e rilevanti impegni sportivi.
Prima di procedere alla richiesta di ripresa degli studi, lo studente deve regolarizzare la propria posizione contributiva (rate non pagate e relative more) relativa all’anno accademico di ultima iscrizione.

Si ricorda che la domanda potrà essere presentata dal 1 settembre 2024 al 31 dicembre 2024
Successivamente seguire le seguenti istruzioni:
  1. Access the Delphi online services website:http://delphi.uniroma2.it).
  2. Seleziona Area Studenti, Tasto 4, Gestione on-line della carriera e inserire matricola e password.
  3. Selezionare “Durante la carriera, e digitare “Ripresa degli studi dopo interruzione”.
  4. Compilare on-line la domanda di Ripresa degli studi e procedere alla relativa stampa.
  5. Submit the following documentation to the Student Affairs Office:
  6. Your application for resumption of studies
  7. €16.00 revenue stamp
  8. Certificate of illness, or birth certificate for maternity leave, or documentation relating to sporting commitments.
Once the Student Affairs Office approves your documents, you'll be able to access the Delphi platform and enroll for the new academic year.
